Train The Whole Human™ products are fulfilled through on-demand manufacturing partners such as Printful. This means every item is made especially for you when you order it. Because of this model, shipping times orders go through a production process before shipping:

Apparel, hats, accessories: 2–7 business days
Journals, posters, home goods: 3–9 business days
Specialty items (embroidered, cut-and-sew, etc.): 5–12 business days

These timelines may extend during holidays or high-volume periods.

2. Shipping Time

After production, shipping typically takes:

USA: 3–7 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking & Multiple Shipments

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking availability depends on the carrier and destination.If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. This is normal, as different products may be fulfilled at different facilities.

WRONG ADDRESS: If the shipping address you enter is incorrect or incomplete, the carrier may return the package.
Re-shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

LOST OR DELAYED: If a package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist with a replacement or claim when eligible under Printful’s policies.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or uncontrollable factors.
