Please review size charts carefully before ordering. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR MISPRINTED:
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

A photo of the issue

Your order number
We will replace the item at no additional cost. WRONG ADDRESS:If a customer enters the wrong or incomplete address and the order is returned, the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees. ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT:If your package never arrives, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will assist with a replacement when eligible.

EXCHANGES:Because items are made specifically for each order, we cannot accept exchanges (including size or color changes). RETURN POLICY: We do not accept returns. Any returned items sent to our fulfillment providers will not be processed. DIGITAL PRODUCTS:All digital downloads, journals, audios, and files are non-refundable
due to the nature of digital access.
